Mary’s website
Mary is a Personal and Professional Development Coach. She started her professional career as a Psychologist and Business Consultant but when Coaching burst onto the scene in the 1990’s, Mary found her true calling.
For over 15 years, Mary has provided personal and professional development coaching with tremendous results for her clients. In the coaching partnership, Mary is both coach and cheerleader for her clients, actively working as a personal advocate to improve productivity, performance and satisfaction.
In coaching with Mary, every client identifies opportunities for growth and development and sets relevant goals for change. Mary, in partnership with each client, then challenges clients to take meaningful action. And even though she takes her work seriously, she has a knack for making the work of coaching playful and inspiring.
Mary’s clients come from all walks of life and from across the globe. They are typically smart (with degrees from colleges or the school of hard knocks), believe in commitment to relationships, and know the value of personal growth and development. Most of all, they are motivated to carve their own path through life. Mary delights in helping her clients to invest in that process and to achieve true success—on their terms—in career, in relationships, and in life.
Mary received her Ph.D. from the University at Albany, State University of New York. She is licensed by the State of Minnesota as a psychologist. Mary received training and certification as a Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC). She is also credentialed as a Professional Credentialed Coach from the International Coach Federation (PCC). Mary lives in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota with her husband, and their three children.

Coaching Circles – Living A Balanced Life
So, what will it take to live a life of balance? Have you tried time management courses, read books on finding balance or received opinions from friends and family on what you “should” do? And still you can’t seem to find IT (balance)! I have worked with clients who have asked these questions and experienced the frustration of not finding IT…until I shared with them the life tools that could lead them to IT!
