From thinking to doing.
I’ve learned (again) that the faster I move from “thinking” to “doing” the more energy and momentum I feel. There’s nothing like that sense of completion to spur me on.
I’m still watching for the over-thinking and worrying. The fear that it creates becomes practically paralyzing. Using action as an antidote. I’ve put up a post-it note in my office that says, “Take action. Now!” as my daily reminder to keep practicing.
