I’m consciously moving more of my daily work focus to the company’s future. We’ve confirmed a new brand position — a clear vision for the organization’s future. I’m proactively redirecting work that does not energize me. This frees me up to use my strengths in all the right places. I’ve got a head, heart and daily calendar trained on deepening relationships with current clients and developing relationships with high-potential prospects.
