What's a podcast?

A podcast is an RSS feed that delivers audio content. Sometimes you’ve got to hear it to get it.

OK, so what is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a technology that automatically tells you when periodic content from a website is published. When you subscribe to a Live Dynamite RSS feed, your RSS reader will let you know when there's more great stuff for you to check out.

Then what's a RSS reader?

An RSS reader is the software or web-based service that you use to subscribe to a feed. Many browsers have a reader built in.

Loving the daily log…now.

I have never been one to keep a journal or diary. So, when I got my Live Dynamite daily log I just kind of skipped over it. I told myself, “That’s not for me. I’m sure I can get by without it. I’ll focus on the other steps.”

It wasn’t until I joined a Circle of Advisors that I’d even thought about it again. As we all made our commitment to really work the complete program, I promised the group that I would try to start using the daily log. Then, I went home and tried it.

Here’s what I never expected…it’s now one of my favorite tools. It happened during the first 5 minutes I spent with it. I was writing down the insights I had gained from my day’s highlights. I found myself having big realizations. I started to see my patterns, what kept me spinning my wheels and not making progress.

The daily log has (gasp…I can’t believe I’m saying this, but…) actually become something I look forward to. It’s provided me with deep insights into me–my habits, responses and attitudes. The highlights help me stay positive and see that a bad moment does not have to make for a bad day. I now look for Highlights throughout my day. My highlights tend to be normal daily happenings that I used to take for granted. It brings me joy every day! And the insights have made my progress toward my goals more meaningful.

Who knew? Well, I guess Live Dynamite.
