What's a podcast?

A podcast is an RSS feed that delivers audio content. Sometimes you’ve got to hear it to get it.

OK, so what is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a technology that automatically tells you when periodic content from a website is published. When you subscribe to a Live Dynamite RSS feed, your RSS reader will let you know when there's more great stuff for you to check out.

Then what's a RSS reader?

An RSS reader is the software or web-based service that you use to subscribe to a feed. Many browsers have a reader built in.

Perfect Vision.

I want to thank the Live Dynamite team for giving me the nudge to live life to its fullest again. It’s not easy stopping and reflecting on one’s life and deciding what actions to take next. Way too often I would stop myself from making a change, even though I knew it would help me grow and be better at my life.
I’ve been playing it safe for the past decade. At my first Circle in February someone said a phrase I can’t get out of my mind, “If you’re coasting, you’re going down hill.” That hit home.
Live Dynamite has given me a new mindset and perspective through gratitude and attitude. I’m using the Upside tools to set goals, take action, and believe in myself. I have accomplished some significant goals in my professional and personal life in the short period since understanding the Upside ideas. The one I want to share is how I moved a long-time fear of mine around.
I have had glasses since I was able to read. Dealing with the glasses and contact lenses was a daily routine. Logically, I knew having Lasik would improve my quality of life, but I always found excuses to put it off. Mostly, I was scared. I created “What if…” lists in my head of all that could go wrong.
At the Circle session I decided I was going to move through this fear. I wrote a goal card about having Lasik surgery by May 31, 2007–or something better! I read the card each night before going to bed and first thing in the morning–visualizing and feeling how good it was going to feel to see perfectly.
It was like my goal became a magnet for all that I needed to take action. I started to meet people who gave me confidence in the procedure. I got a name of a good doctor. I took more action and read articles about the pros and cons. I’m sure they were there before, but I missed them. Once I set the goal and focused my energy, everything I needed showed up. And I made it happen.
Well, I had the surgery on June 1, 2007 (the doctor didn’t operate on May 31st). I’m happy to announce I’m seeing 20/15, better than perfect.
Again, thank you for nudging me forward to clear vision, and a future I look forward to. The Upside is truly magical. I’m living fully again, with a great big smile.
