I’m on a roll!
Two great things came into my life this spring–Live Dynamite and vertigo! I was at my first Live Dynamite Circle on 3/1/07 and now two months later I’M ON A ROLL! I’ve accomplished three of my goals and am setting more.
Here’s my story. About a week after our first Circle session I sat down to write my goals. I’m a realtor and had a listing that had been on the market for 5 months. I really wanted to sell this house for my client and so I set a goal around selling it. I started giving thanks that “Melissa’s” home would get a fantastic offer and close by April 30th or sooner! It closed on April 20th, 2007!
Another goal I wrote was regarding my desire to work out 5 days a week! (Something I’d been saying I was going to do every week for the past 2.5 years!) I wrote my goal the way you showed us through Live Dynamite, started focusing on it and was committed to taking action!
I started achieving my goal on March 14th and now it’s a habit. The thought of not working out 5 days a week just isn’t an option! Also, between March 22 and April 16th I lost an inch around my hips, waist and chest! Yea! I’m still working out and loving it!
My third big goal I achieved was having vertigo leave my body! If you don’t know what vertigo is–it’s the feeling that you are constantly dizzy or spinning. My vertigo started January 15th and the symptoms were escalating! By March 22nd I was starting to feel like I was going to go insane.
At our second Live Dynamite session (3/22/07), I wrote a goal about my giving thanks and being excited to have a clear mind and having my vertigo leave my body so I could continue to work on my other life goals and dreams, by April 1st or sooner. I started reading (and feeling) my goal and giving thanks.
Two days later I was at the gym and ran into a women I used to train with. She knew I had vertigo and asked how I was doing. She than gave me a name of a women that did Crainiosacral work who had trained in a clinic in Toronto that specialized in vertigo! I was able to get an appointment with this women on March 27th and saw her again on April 1st. I have not had another episode of vertigo since April1st!
As I look back on it all, I see that having vertigo was really a gift. It forced me to slow down, prioritize and put into practice what I was learning in Live Dynamite.
This has been such a profound experience for me! I have embraced what I’ve learned through Live Dynamite. And now I’m encouraging others to make it a part of their daily lives.
Thank you Maryanne for bringing this into my life!!
